Home of the Ringling Bros. Circus—founded in 1884—Baraboo, Wis., still keeps the circus culture and history alive. The city’s most famous attraction, Circus World, includes historic Ringlingville, the circus’ original winter quarters along the Baraboo River and the largest set of original circus structures in North America.
Other Baraboo attractions include the Al Ringling Theatre built in 1915, the Mid-Continent Railway Museum and the International Crane Foundation.
Circus World and Ringlingville keep the circus tradition alive and well in Baraboo, Wis.
