I was injured on Sno-limo

On January 18, 2008 I was unjured on the Sno-limo. We were 60 seconds into the ride when the driver evidently lost control of the contraption and the driver, the sno-limo and I were headed down the hill backward. The sno-limo tipped over with me in it. I suffered many soft tissue injuries to my lower back, neck, wrists, knees, and jaw. I had to go to the Medical Center where I received excellent medical treatment. Being that I am not a Canadian citizen, I had to pay for all my medical expenses. I am not complaining about the $1100 worth of expenses. The sno-limo people would not return my phone calls the entire time I was in Whistler. My trip was ruined. I needed help to use the bathroom and get dressed. The plane ride home was a nightmare. They conducted their own "investigation" and could find no reason for this accident to have happened. They claimed zero responsibility and never bothered to check on how I was feeling. I don't think this activity is ready for prime-time. If you want to ski, take a lesson. If you don't want to ski, go to the Roundhouse by gondola and have lunch at The Steep. Go visit Shannon Falls. See the bald eagles in Squamish. But please stay off this ride and don't encourage your loved ones to use it.
