Named after the ancient African city, Carthage is an exotic restaurant that serves traditional Tunisian cuisine. Located away from the hubbub of the Old-City, this is the perfect place to escape the ordinary. Customers are seated on comfortable animal skins and dine at tables just a few inches above the floor. Specialties include chorba soup, spiced leg of lamb and shish kebabs, royal couscous, baklava, and makroud. To spice up the dining experience, belly dancers perform during the evenings.
