Méchoui has mastered the art of charcoal grilling meats. On this country estate, not only do guests enjoy a flavourful whole roast sheep with country-style pâté and onion conserve, but they may also tour the beautiful surroundings, play golf and petanque, go horseback riding or do a little dancing. The estate is the perfect place for a business party and children are always welcome. In the spring time, the estate becomes a traditional sugar shack.
